IT'S TIME AGAIN FOR THE SPRING MEGA AUCTION

HOW TO PLAY THE AUCTION GAME

Whether you have participated in the WHSM Auctions in the past, or if you are new to our Auction - PLEASE read the following information as we have guidelines in place on how we will take your bids.

The items listed below are bargains we have ready for you to bid on starting at 8am by calling the Auction numbers of 634-4836 or 1-800-845-8984.  These sections list the items we have available in each hour.  Not all items listed in future hours will be available for bidding before the hour they are listed in. This includes some items that we have multiples of. Also, please note that during the last 15 minutes of an Auction Hour we will only take bids for items that are listed in that hour - no other bids will be taken.

Hourly auction items they can be opened at the "Open Bid" price (or higher) and then bid up at the increments announced during the action (or by a higher amounts). If we have unsold items listed in Hour 1, they may be bid upon in the next hour and then will be closed at the end of that hour (and so forth).   The last bid/bidder on an item at the end of hour (for items available that hour) will be considered as the final bidder and their bid will be accepted as an offer to purchase.  

The last section listed below is that of "HOTLINE ITEMS". The WHSM Hotline will open at 7:30am by calling the 634-8256. This number will only be available on the day of the Mega Auction, beginning at 7:30am, until we conclude the auction. As there is only one incoming line for the Hotline, it does tend to be busy early; Please keep trying to get through to place your bids.  

Auction items must be picked up by 4pm, Monday April 6th, 2009,  WHSM will not "hold" items purchased on the Mega Auction for a later pick up.   If you are mailing in your payment please call the office to confirm your auction total and to notify WHSM that you will be mailing in your payment.  Mailed payments must also reach the WHSM office by noon on the 6th.  You may begin to pick up your auction items Monday, the 30th, between 8am to 5pm - Monday through Friday.  If you are unsure if you were the final bidder on an item please call the WHSM Office between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday to check on your auction bid(s).  Please note that WHSM is unable to make change for bidders coming in with large bills, your cooperation is appreciated.

Keep the WHSM auction numbers handy -  634-4836 or toll free 1-800- 845-8984 for our Mega Auction on the 28th and for our regular weekly Wednesday auctions.  Remember that all you need to bid is the last 4 digits of your telephone number - this is your bid number that WHSM uses for our filing purposes.
